Professional and courteous staff who fixed the issue on my Ford Escape quickly and effectively. Manager Adrie is super knowledgeable and will walk you through details, including literally looking under the hood with the customer to explain how the fix went, etc.

Would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Independently owned, treats you like family, super clean! Store Manager Adree took care of me in my time of need. Was stuck downtown as a visitor and helped me get back on the road with in a couple of hours. Honest, friendly, and fantastic experience.

Amazing price to replace my AC condenser with quick turnaround. It’s ice cold so loving it. Their customer focus in excellent and communication superb. Got my inspection done and now this is my go to place in San Antonio for sure !!!

I stopped in 15-minutes before closing time to ask if I could do a vehicle inspection to get my registration sticker renewed. The store manager Adrie-Ann got their employee Hector to start the inspection right away. They were quick, friendly and I appreciate them making room for me last-minute! Adrie-Ann said they also offer shuttle service for clients who need to drop their car off and get to work. Good to know! I didn't get any repair service done, so can't speak for that, but would definitely recommend them for inspections and for their professionalism.

This a great mom and pop local business that needs community support. The staff is extremely kind and easy to work with. I had my state inspection done here; they don't charge more than the $7 standard fee like some places do (Jiffy Lube sucks!). Very fast and was able to get it done in about 5 minutes. Throw them some business if you live or work in the downtown area!

Our fender came loose during a trip to San Antonio. We were afraid it would fall off during our drive home. The Downtown Garage staff was amazing! The attendant was a very friendly Adri, and the mechanic was a very polite Caleb. We just got back home safely thanks to the awesome Caleb who secured our bumper for a safe drive home!!! No charge!!! We couldn't believe it!! We highly recommend these kind folks, and we hope you'll seek their services!!

Fantastic staff and service!!! So I was in town for a conference and had an electrical issues on my wife's car. This shop was right next to our hotel and Adrie the shop owner, took care of everything. They got us sorted out and back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommended!!!!

So why you should read this review. We were 1500 miles from home and found our tire was going flat. I was looking for tire repair nearby and reading the reviews when I came across Mike's. I called and spoke with Jamie. I explained our predicament and asked if he could help? Jamie said he'd look at it. We arrived in 5 minutes. They pulled us in immediately. Inspected the tire and said they could fix it. No up sale, no sit and wait etc. Fixed the tire and had us back on the road in 25 minutes! No gouging! I was a stranger from out of town and at the mercy of any repair shop and I was treated like a returning customer. Jamie, the manager, actually went and helped with the repair. If this is how they treat passing through folks..... how will they treat you! Small businesses are treasures.
